Ambient Dynamic Project

A. A. Philipsen Law Centre

The A. A. Philipsen Law Centre previously had a centrifugal chiller and a cooling tower that were in need of a retrofit.
The centrifugal chiller was an equipment that required constant high cost maintenance and a large footprint. This equipment was replaced with a new modular chiller that is easier to keep up to date providing a cost saving solution, with minimum space needed in the mechanical room.
Their cooling tower utilized a large quantity of water and with the retrofit of the dry cooler, we were able to assure savings in water usage, chemicals and maintenance.

Thanks to this retrofit, the A. A. Philipsen Law Centre now benefits on less ongoing maintenance, less use of water and ease of conventional replacement parts.
